Returns and Exchanges Info

VOG is committed to ensuring the complete satisfaction of its Customers, offering the possibility of returning one or more items and receiving a refund of the price of the returned items, in compliance with the conditions indicated below.

Shipping

Shipments of items purchased on VOG are made via selected couriers, with delivery times that vary based on the destination. Shipping costs are indicated at checkout and may vary depending on the location and weight of the package. Once the order has been shipped, a tracking code will be sent to monitor the delivery.

Return and Exchange Conditions

To send one or more returns to VOG or request a size/color change, the Customer is required to comply with the following conditions:

  • A) All items purchased must be returned with the tag intact and attached. Returns with the security seal tampered with, cut, detached or removed will not be accepted.
  • B) The items must not have been worn, ironed, washed or treated in any way.
  • C) Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all original packaging and in an appropriate manner.
  • D) All labels, whether woven or hanging, must be intact and not removed from the item.
  • E) For hygiene reasons, returns of underwear and swimwear items will not be accepted.
  • F) Products purchased in the "OUTLET" section cannot be returned.

If the above conditions are not met, VOG reserves the right to not accept the return and to send the goods back to the Customer at the latter's expense.

Exchange Procedure

To request authorization for an exchange, you must send a request to eshop @vogonline .it within 14 days of receiving the goods. The email must contain the order reference and the item you wish to exchange, specifying the size or color you want.
Once the request is received, VOG customer service will send instructions to proceed with the exchange. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, and the goods must be sent to VOG - Piazza XXIV Maggio 12, 84122 Salerno, Italy .
Returned items will be inspected by our staff to ensure compliance with the above conditions. If any anomalies are found, VOG reserves the right to apply any charges to ensure the items are put back on sale.

Return Procedure

To request a return, send an email to eshop @vogonline .it within 14 days of receiving the order, indicating the codes of the items to be returned. After receiving confirmation from customer service, the Customer can proceed with shipping the package to VOG - Piazza XXIV Maggio 12, 84122 Salerno, Italy .
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer and shipping is at the risk of the sender. VOG is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delays in delivery.

Reimbursement

Once the return has been received and the integrity of the items has been verified, VOG will proceed with the refund according to the following methods:

  • Credit to credit/debit card (if purchase was made by card).
  • Credit to PayPal (if the purchase was made via PayPal).
  • Bank transfer (if the purchase was made by bank transfer or cash on delivery).

Upon customer request, VOG can organize the collection of the return at home at a cost of €5 , to be paid via link or by deducting the amount from the total refund. The refund will be made within 14 working days of receiving the return.

VOG reserves the right to assess any charges necessary to ensure the re-sale of returned items. Any additional amounts will be communicated to the Customer prior to reimbursement.
